 Natural Octahedronal Single Point Dressers

Once you have selected the adecuate diamond for the job, it is very important to consider the way in which it is going to be used, for it will not be beneficial to use a good quality stone if you don't use it in the proper conditions .

Excessively worn out single point dressers put on too much pressure and they provide a wrong dressed stone. In this conditions, the stone will soon be deteriorated without having made good use of their bounded faces.

Specially designed for dressing big frontal or lateral surfaces.
High grain start volume. Adecuate for fine or rough granulations.
We offer a three different bits shape line: : R (cylindrical), T (rectangular) y L (laminar)

Because of the way the diamonds are arranged, these tools can replace single point lapping.
The diamond plates are manufactured with a specially oriented small diamond layer, achieving a perfect work and finish.
Minimun thickness 0,8 for the side of the ideal diamond to profile.
